LeaderShape is a highly interactive and energizing six-day leadership enhancement program based in an environment ideal for individuals to experience teamwork, practice ethical decision making, deal with change and chaos, clarify personal values and celebrate and explore the values of others. LeaderShape believes in living in possibility, making a commitment to a vision, developing relationships to bring the vision into reality and sustaining a high level of integrity. Effective leadership takes place in the context of a supportive community and involves action that results in positive change.
All participants leave the Institute with a "LeaderShape Vision Project" -- a well-conceived vision and action plan for participants to implement within their own organization, living group, community, or workplace. The Institute is structured so that participants first gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their own strengths and weaknesses, enabling them to become more effective leaders in their organizations.
