The Dole Institute of Politics at KU has announced a series of election-related events this fall. Each program will focus on an important facet of the 2008 presidential race. The series begins Wednesday, Sept. 10, with "Obama vs. McCain: Campaign 2008."
Premature babies face tough challenges, but a device developed at KU is helping. In a recent study, 20 tube-fed preemies with respiratory distress syndrome treated with the NTrainer transitioned to oral feeding faster than a control group of babies.
