Beginning at 6 a.m., Thursday, December 4, online payments for parking tickets will not be available due to a software upgrade. We anticipate that this upgrade will be completed by Monday, December 22, and we will enable the online payment system as soon as possible once the system is running. Thank you for your patience!
During this time, we will temporarily accept telephone payments between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. You may also pay in the office using cash, check or credit card.
Beginning April 1, 2009, parking lots 3, 4, and 126 will be affected by phase two of the tunnel replacement project. Lot 3 (behind Strong and Bailey Halls) will close, with all service and handicap and some reserved parking spaces moving to lot 4 between Sunflower Road and Poplar Lane. Lot 126 will also close.
Students, faculty and staff can now view and pay tickets online in the Kyou portal. Log in, then click on the "Finances" tab to see your outstanding balance. Your hold will be cleared 30-45 minutes after your payment is processed. If you are unable to see your citations in the Kyou portal, you can pay your tickets by entering your license plate number into the General Public payment page below.
For others who wish to pay tickets online, please follow this link to pay tickets online. This payment method does not currently work in Internet Explorer. Please use Firefox to make your payment. If you do not have Firefox, you may download it here.
